Tree Lamps
Willow Tree Lamp.
This lamp was based on a willow tree I had in the garden.
It has over two hundred separately made leaves on it's branches .
The trunk is decorated with ivy, fungi, flowers and a small bird eating a snail.
Some of the roots are raised to accomodate the wire, a rabbit hole was also made with this in mind.
These lamps were inspired by those
made by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
Cherry Tree Lamp.
This lamp was also based on a tree in my garden - this time a pink flowering cherry .
Amongst the branches are blossom and birds .
The trunk is decorated with ivy , bracket fungi and birds.
The base has moss, flowers and a bird , which is drinking from a pool of water (melted glass) formed by the roots .
